Requirements
What other requirements are there to obtain an Alabama Medical Marijuana Card?
All new patients must:

Be 19 years of age or older. (Minors who meet the same requirements and who have a Qualified Designated Caregiver also qualify, though they will be limited to low-THC cannabis products.)

Be diagnosed with a qualifying medical condition.

Apply and be accepted for an Alabama Marijuana Card.

Be an Alabama resident with proof of residency. (AL Driver’s License or AL State ID card).
